I understand that JY gets it and he's very smart but a lot of people need to watch the explanation for a reason. They want to see the distinction between the right and wrong answers. His dismissal of the wrong answer choices makes it hard to confidently be sure of why the wrong answers are wrong.

I got this question right, but I've been trying to document why each answer choice is right/wrong and these explanations make it hard to do so.

I chose C and I now understand why it's wrong. BUT I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around E. I eliminated E because I thought to myself "how would law enforcement know that this is a serious problem, making people lose all this money if nobody is reporting it??"

I predicted there would be an answer choice like "The same few people reporting/complaining lost millions".

I'm still unsure why C is wrong. I get the whole thing that we shouldn't assume something WILL happen if it says it MIGHT. But the argument says "Electronic media are bound to bring an end" to traditional schools. "bound to end" totally sounds like it's inevitable meaning it will happen. I don't understand how we're supposed to assume the author is saying it might happen

@ConqueringLSAT Literally my train of thought!! I thought C weakened the analogy between car maintenance and economic development of the city. The outcome of maintenance on your car and investing in economic developers have different outcomes - financially speaking
