So for these pointed issue disagreement questions, is the best approach to read the question stem; then stimulus 1 (i.e. Otis); then the answer choices, looking for the things stimulus 1 has expressed an opinion about and crossing off those answers that S1 hasn't expressed an opinion about; then read stimulus 2; then answer?
