Hi everyone! I'm planning on taking the LSAT in September, and I'm looking for a group to study with! I recently finished the core curriculum and just started doing PTs (next one is PT 37, which I'm planning to do later this week). I'm hoping to find others who are on a similar schedule- we could meet after taking and BRing PTs to discuss questions we got wrong on both attempts, or just to discuss question types we struggle with, share studying tips, cheer each other on, etc. If you're interested please comment or shoot me a message!!!

From my understanding, it's because there is no definitive proof to suggest that the public gives money to artists, and the artist accepts money from the public, for the reciprocal transfer of benefits . How do we know the public expects to receive a benefit-- and even if they did, what exactly constitutes a benefit? The definition of contract partially applies insofar as an exchange is going on between the public and an artist; the public gives money to the artist to help them create art. But it's unclear whether the "contract" is being undertaken specifically for the purpose of receiving a benefit, and further, what the benefit would even be.
I do think its possible to make the argument that there could be benefits expected, like the production of a specific artform, the enrichment of society, development of culture, etc (which I think the AC alludes to when it says "it is only known that..." ). But this argument doesn't prove that.
quite literally the only flaw question I've ever gotten right on a PT <3
Also hoping to take the Sep test and came here to make a similar post!! Would love to join your group!
Simply put, it means effective communication (usually implying a lack of complicated/convoluted language)
I had the same reason for choosing C, and for disqualifying A! Though I understand now why C is wrong, I still don't like that A is right lol. I guess this question is one of the few MSS questions that requires us to make a small assumption...but that feels so counterintuitive because JY always tells us not to assume anything that isn't stated in the stim!!!
genuinely so angry at this question lol
