I do that sometimes..when there are distractions. I find it difficult to concentrate whenever I pushed myself to get a better score.

Thanks for the comment, but I just want to know that we can ignore "on average". Because the stimulus says "the highest overall number of viewers", but what (A) says is that "more leg injuries, on average,".

I thought (B) or (E) can be correct but not (A). Because I don't know just loitering can be illegal because they don't mention about it. Also, I thought (B) and (E) can be inferred. It can't be said accessing someone's wireless is a trespassing but maybe I can say it is something like trespassing, which is bad thing, so you can't do that. And (E), I can infer from K that it could not be done without intention to do so. But G said it's something like enjoying music, and obviously, because you have ears, you can listen music and enjoy it without any intention.
