It would seem logical that the reading and than writing of the passage would promote thorough memorization and ultimately facilitate additional insight into the passage. Repetition of this would seem reasonable to result in enhancing understanding as a developmental process. I do think it would help a person improve. How much time you would spend on this is a matter of prioritizing the most needed improvement area.
Postpone. The gap is large and the bet is risky if you need to be mid 160's on this take. It is likely you will need to retake the test to hit your target. BUT - schools usually take the higher score and taking the test will be a firm benchmark of where you are at. If you do not hit the target you can take it again if that does not present a major issue with you.
On the up side, study like hell (4-6 hrs/day) and you may hit it. Be certain to look at problem process issues to cut time off.
I have extended for 2 months and do not see the prep tests added on.
I have gone thru LSAT Trainer and found it to be inferior to 7Sage. I believe there is no comparison at all.
I look at the comment as "thin skinned" as opposed to "unfair". Noonawoon, you will receive plenty of unsolicitated "feedback" at Yale. For your own sake, I hope you learn to roll with others thoughts better than you seem to be showing here.
If you are willing to be consistent in your study, I believe 7Sage has the basic (and more) information to boost your score. The big question is do you have the willingness to work hard to accomplish that. My experience with a tutor (going to Yale for her PhD in law) was that she had no curiculam or method to teach the LSAT. She just read from her PT's and the answers in the available LSAT Decoded books. No standards or methodology. A waste of a lot of money.
There is no quick fix for achieving knowledge - just a good knowledge source and hard work. 7Sage offers the good source of knowledge as well as a system to learn it.
If you are willing to work hard and for several months, I believe 7Sage will help quite a bit.
Where do you think you will practice? That should be a significant factor.
Get your materials together and be certain to put them in a plastic bag. Remember no phones allowed (leave in car). Have all things put together the evening before. In the AM do some (2-4) problems and then get to the test site app. an hour or a bit more before test start, find a pleasant place to relax and meditate to help focus.
Good luck.
There is a benefit in completing the application despite the fact that the schools will not examine your app.
You have the ability to get the transcripts, LOR's, etc. all done while not under any time constraints. If you have any delays during the process it can be handled without the increased pressure associated with meeting the app. deadline.
An assault tort was committed - Assault and battery exists in both the tort law context and the criminal law context. ... In an act of physical violence, assault refers to the act which causes the victim to apprehend imminent physical harm, while battery refers to the actual act causing the physical harm.
This appears to be a civil issue. I believe a complaint is warranted, particularly if the person is able to be identified. Probably the date and test location are adequate to establish those facts.
I say a complaint is warranted - only. No formal legal action. It is appropriate because the individual that did that has no business in the role they were fulfilling.
I must emphasize it is never acceptable for any individual to act as you described. Other remedies were available and were apparently exercised.
I would stick to the list.
You should state your case. If you are approved it may make a decisive difference.
I saw an individual thrown out because of that issue. Read the rules. There is no question here.
Look at the rules at the LSAC sign up site. I must emphasize that it states it is not allowed to have any electronic gear at all. People may "slip" it in but it will cost you if discovered. It is a foolish risk. This ban exists during the breaks as well. If you have a phone in an area outside the test room and you access it on one of the breaks it will also expose you to being tossed out at a minimum, and probably more, given the appearance of attempting to sidestep the rules by storing it out of the room. Very bad idea.
Go where you believe you will practice.
Upper left corner, the "take prep test" square. Press the square box and it will show the test results you just finished and provide options to see questions, delete results, etc. per section. Delete away and retake the test.
And RC last 5 is the only "borderline" answer of any value, and that is, in all likihood worthless as well.
Yo will be vulnerable to being thrown out or worse. Absolutely not allowed.
Review Introduction to Logic, section 45 questions for the translation rules and practice questions. This will clear this up. You can use either one, but you must follow the methodology or you will get turned around, or at least confused. Look at, and do several of the problems to get this clear.
Stop it!! If you can hit the low to mid 150's you will probably be admitted to some law school that will meet your needs and allow you to be properly educated. It will not be a top 25 but that is completely unnecessary as a guage to being a good, well educated lawyer that is fully equiped to help others, make a positive difference in the world as well as make a reasonable living and achieve personal success.
I have seen dozens of lawyers in reasonable jobs that went to lower rated schools that have made good livings and successful careers. The Kane County District Attorney (Illinois) went to Depaul Law (rated at 118 in country) and there she is, the Kane County States Attorney that had a successful legal practice for several years prior to beating another candidate. Look at the firms in your area that you are interested in practicing and see where they went. Look around you and your legal community. There is always a place for a good lawyer. Plenty of lawyers that went to highly rated schools quite law after a short time. The same is true of all lawyers and the schools they attended. Nothing is certain beyond the effort you are willing to dedicate yourself to and the success you are willing to try achieve thru your own hard work and love of your dreams.
