Does the LSAT reuse questions from other tests, i.e. The GMAT? I looked up one of the LR questions (preptest 32 section 4 question 10, western moral values), and a bunch of GMAT forums came up with the exact same stimulus, question, answer choices, and correct answer!

YES! Thank you! Everyone that had an issue with this question should read this response! I was about to give up on this question and count it as one that I would never get right, but this is SO helpful
I was also confused by the question stem and thought the author was "proposing," or concluding, that space travel was too dangerous...I discounted A because I thought that it was supported, but not what the author was ultimately proposing. Has a question stem like this come up since this PT?
Thanks Sami, I had the exact same thought process as MegMari, but I think your explanation helped! Thinking in the context of the author's main point helps keep things in perspective.
I don't understand how Jennifer's comment doesn't support both the premise and the conclusion? I read the statement "insects prefer to feed on the leaves of abundantly watered plants" as a sub-premise that Jennifer's statement would support?
I don't feel confident with this question...I'm not sure what role the last sentence plays in the stimulus? I had read it as the conclusion, which is why I chose A (I interpreted uses as significance), but am also not sure if it is the author's viewpoint or the educators'? Since I read that as the conclusion, I didn't think the depth/breadth relationship was as important as the significance/factual relationship.
I stay late and study at work for a few hours! This helps me concentrate and eliminates the temptation to crawl into bed once I'm home!
I chose C because I thought that it posed an alternative explanation for the disappearance of the enzyme: The rate at which the milk is heated. Any thoughts? I chose this in my blind review too and would love some help redefining my thought process!
What's a confidence drill?
