Drilling Problem Sets Vs. "Deprecated

Hi there!

So I have gone over the lessons and listened to all of the videos. I tend to print out 10 clean copies of the problem sets they give us in the lesson and then I drill those. I'm wondering if you still need to drill prep tests that are "Deprecated"? To be honest I have no idea what the Deprecated part means.... I know that it means that it will be deleted soon...so should we still drill these as well? I'm hoping that if I drill hard enough on the problem sets that they give us per section then that will be enough and then I can go ahead and take a full on prep test.

Thank you!

Hi there! I also work full time and I'm studuying. My best advise to you is to BECOME A MORNING PERSON. Yes. The test is usually written around 9am. That means that you have to get your brain to be sharp in the morning. This does not work if you have been studying for the test for months in the evening. You need to get your brain to be activated to solve difficult problems and read carefully in the morning. This also is an efficient use of energy because you're not going to be as tired in the morning as you are in the afternoon after work. So my advise - and I know this is crazy - but you have to ask yourself how badly do you want this? If you want this badly enough, you need to get up at 4:30am, make sure yourself a nice breakfast and get ready for the day, then start studying. Immediately get your brain working by 6am. Study for three hours, then commute to work from 9am to 10am. Then come home and have a strict bed time of 830pm. I know that this is drastic, but it is the best way and it is what I am doing right now and the hard work seems to be paying off. Remember that this phase of your life is only temporary and that you WILL crush the test and crush your full time job if you want something to work bad enough. Good luck and all the best to you!! :)

When I'm hit with stress, I go through an awful downward spiral of thinking I'm not "smart" enough and putting myself down so much that I can no longer concentrate on the question at hand. Your post really helped me by reminding me that "hey.. you know what, everyone goes through this and maybe don't be too hard on yourself". Thank you! I really needed that today.

Question Bank and Practice Problems Sets

Hi there!

I have printed out all of the problem sets after each lesson and I went through all of them and watched the video explanations on this as well. My question is - do you recommend me also going through the question bank as well? I'm not sure if I should start practice tests now or continue on to the question bank after completing all pdf problem sets.

Thank you for your help!

How to properly do problem sets

HI there! :)

whenever you finish a problem set, do you watch ALL of the videos on the explanation of each question? Even the questions that you got right? I feel that there are some questions that I don't need to watch the explanations for but I do it because I don't want to jinx myself. Is it recommended that you watch all of the explanations on each question? or is it recommended that you watch the explanation video on only the questions that you got wrong? I'm asking because a simple problem choice marking session seems to be taking a long time and I wanted to know the best way to go about it...

Thank you for your inputs!
