Well, what makes that true?

By saying something of the sort:

Totalitarian systems AIM to prevent conflict but are still /(Legit).

Because say for example, that Totalitarian prevents conflict but does not aim to, then PG is still right.

Can I get verification that my submission was received? Also, if I am planning on applying for early admission and want to register for the Admissions Consulting beforehand, can I be refunded IF I receive any assistance from this scholarship?
