The impression I got while reading your post is that you don't actually WANT to go back to school and that is O.K.! Truly, it is. Our parents want us to succeed and make good choices but sometimes their idea of what those choices should be doesn't coincide with what we are willing or wanting to do. Take a deep breath and just figure out what you want independent of what your parents want for you. Maybe law school is on your path next fall, maybe it's on your path 5 or 10 years from now. Maybe it isn't on your path. Whatever you choose, it HAS to be your choice. Your parents will love you regardless and you'll sleep better knowing that you are doing what you think is best.
