how to indicate this logic "A and B cannot be selected together",
is it "A->/B" correct? or sth. else?
then it will be the same as "not both" rule?

go get an internship with United Nations, World Bank, or any renowned think tank, or on Capitol Hill... etc.. That's the route I'm taking.
