Note Taking Tips for Multiple Choice Questions?

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to 7sage. I just finished foundation and now working through logical reasoning. I took thorough written notes during foundations but I am a little stuck on how to best take notes during practice questions. I understand that there are useful topics and lessons that I need to know from the practice questions, but it doesn't seem like the best use of my time to copy down every stem, stimulus, and answer choice to go through them especially since I'll be taking the digital version of the exam.
