Is the opposite of "Could be True" "Must be False"? So for a CBT question would all the incorrect answers be MBFs?

Also does it make sense to say that the most difficult answer choices to eliminate on MBT questions will be the CBTs? Since they might be 80% correct but not perfect?

I'm thinking about Logic Games with these questions in minds.
