Would a transcript that's fully written evaluations instead of grades count as an academic referral? I finished my undergrad in 2018

This course is extremely helpful and comprehensive. One thing I'd appreciate is being able to use different colors in the skill building section, or better yet having a premade template with matching colors to fill out. Something like the following would be great

Ideally, those sections would match how the answer is presented. I found myself having to go back and forth from the answer to my own response a few times to make sure I got it right. #feedback
