The assumption here is that to be harmed is to have gill disease, and not to be harmed is to not have gill disease, but there might be a world were to have gill disease does not mean to be harmed by it.

@ Thank you very much for sharing your experience and strategies with me. It is sometimes so easy to go down the easy yet very detrimental rabbit hole of comparison, self-doubt, and perfectionism. #help I understand why B is wrong. And I understand that it was written in a confusing way, yet for some reason, I do not know why it is so difficult for me to process the sentence as it was written. If I change the cannot to can the sentence make total sense, meaning option B is wrong? Yet if I just read the sentence with cannot, it is very very confusing. For some reason, I cannot picture it easily. Afer some time it made more sense but it took a while to click. Anyone had the same experience?
