The assumption here is that to be harmed is to have gill disease, and not to be harmed is to not have gill disease, but there might be a world were to have gill disease does not mean to be harmed by it.

Thank you for your response, also if you go to the next sections on logic you can also see that B has group 3 and group 4, and by following the rules, you will see that the argument made by the stimulus actually says the opposite.

#help I understand why B is wrong. And I understand that it was written in a confusing way, yet for some reason, I do not know why it is so difficult for me to process the sentence as it was written. If I change the cannot to can the sentence make total sense, meaning option B is wrong? Yet if I just read the sentence with cannot, it is very very confusing. For some reason, I cannot picture it easily. Afer some time it made more sense but it took a while to click. Anyone had the same experience?
