Is anyone interested in forming a small study group? I consistently scored 169-170 on PT's. However, I took the LSAT Flex today and I know I felt didn't score anywhere near those scores. Therefore, I had to cancel my score. I am looking to bridge the gap on my weaknesses and hopefully I can help do the same for others.

This would be completely unacceptable for me. I have to write on my paper while doing practice tests for all 3 sections, RC, LG, and LR and I would expect no different for the actual test. For LG, I diagram the game and do hypothetical game boards when it requires it.
For LR, I write down key phrases and convert them into things that make sense to me.
For RC, I take small notes that I think are the main point, disagreements, etc.
Is there any way to alert LSAC that we need to be able to write without distraction from the proctor?
Go on ebay and order yourself some "the economist" and "scientific american" magazines and look into buying the book Superintelligence by nick bostrom. These are hard reads and it's been helping me not doze off with extremely boring and dense reading material.
45 days isn't enough time. That's barely enough time to get a solid foundation. I got burnt out doing 8 hours a day at the beginning of the shut down for 4 weeks straight. I plateaued and my brain just shut off for 1 week.
I’m looking for a RC tutor who can help me drastically improve my RC score and who has helped others go from getting 8-10 questions correct to 20+ correct. Someone who is great at breaking down why a question is correct and why other answers are incorrect. I know there’s a a specific way to attack questions types on RC but I haven’t figured it out. Reading for structure isn’t a problem for me. I understand grabbing the main point, author viewpoint, and whether the author disagrees/agrees with a certain point. My main problem is I tend to attack questions all the same in RC and just like LR, each question cannot and shouldn’t be attacked the same way and requires different ways of attack. Message me if you’re able to help.
I've used their Logical Reasoning and Logic Games bibles and I went through both books cover to cover and I am still struggling with both LR and LG. I've made some small improvements but nothing spectacular. That's why I am going to enroll in 7Sage's course because I want to get a 170 and I can't score past a 150 on Khan academy's PT's.
Does anyone know if we're allowed to chew gum during the exam? I feel it helps my focus and concentration.
I would like to join your study group. I've been studying for a year and I my test is in July.
Here's a simple solution to Weakening questions....
John suddenly has a Bugatti, Ferrari, fancy clothes, Rolex, and $5,000 shoes. He must have won the lottery.
Which of the following, if true, would weaken the argument?
A) John found all of those things on the street and kept them for himself.
B ) John was gifted those things by a charity.
C) John's invested 20k in a start up company 10 years ago that recently went public which gave him a 100x return and he sold his shares.
D) John bought these things on a credit card.
E) John paid for these things from his 25k per year job.
Think about which one of those would attack the conclusion that he won the lottery? What's an alternate explanation? You don't have to destroy the conclusion, you just need to have a better and suitable alternative explanation for why he all of a sudden has expensive things.
Does anyone else feel like they have absolutely no idea how they performed on the exam? I've taken in twice and this is the first time that I have no idea how I did. The other two times I felt I was within a range and it was accurate. But this time, I have no idea but I don't feel good or bad about it.
I have a high accuracy rate on the LR, getting -1 or -2 but I can only get to question 18-20 and have to guess on the remaining questions. Does anyone have any tips on how to improve on this?
The 7Sage course made me extremely proficient at LG and that was my weakest section prior to coming here. But not so much for LR or RC. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on how to find someone or something as good as this course is at teaching LG, but for LR and RC? Already tried Kaplan, they're no good. Tried the PowerScore Bibles, no good. Tried LSAT Trainer, ehhh, gave me a slight improvement to master the first 10-12 questions for LR but not so much beyond those.
My problem with LR is that I go through the first 10-12 questions averaging -1 or -2 on a consistent basis but have a huge drop off for the next 12-14 questions thereafter and end up going -10 through -12 EVERY SINGLE TIME.
My problem with RC is that I go -2 or -3 on 6 question passages, -3 or -4 on 7 to 8 question passages and I can only finish 3 passages total and end up guessing on one passage.
I am opening to a tutor or study buddy, or anyone who can help me. I was told by someone that the reasons I am getting the first 10-12 questions for LR is because I have a strong basic understanding of LR but not an advanced understanding of LR and therein lies my problem.
BTW, I am a twice 140 scorer and my latest LSAT score was 145, a 5 point improvement. I am trying to get to a 155-160 and I have one last LSAT attempt.
Thanks

Wow that's my biggest fear for the July test -- that the proctor will interrupt me and waste my time/focus. How could I go about making sure this doesn't happen before the test starts? Can we ask them to not speak to us? Sounds a bit awkward if you ask me
I want to know the same answer. We are already limited on time as it is, we cannot afford these proctors to be interrupting us during our exams just because they don't know what the rules are and that writing is required as part of the exam.
