Technical Difficulties During Oct 2022 Test

Hi everyone! I just finished the exam, but experienced losing my mouse/typing capabilities during the first 10 mins. It was unfortunate timing and I couldn't use the ctrl f function in the passage. It had me really flustered and I waited to finish the passage by using touch screen before notifying the proctor of my technical issues. ProctorU had to restart my computer but to say I was sidetracked is an understatement. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there anything that can be done?
