All the test sites in and surrounding the NYC area are full for registration for the June LSAT. The options are to either be on the waitlist or go to Philly (Philly is the closest site based on my NYC zip code). Does anyone know if being on the waitlist is a promising option? Should I go ahead sign up for the one in Philly and hope that a spot will open up here in NYC? Any insights will be greatly appreciated!

I understand why E is correct, but I don't understand why D is incorrect.
Per answer choice D, King Henry was removed from office in1461 and then restored in 1470, so during 1461-1470, he wasn't a monarch, but the play mentions King Henry as a living monarch, so then aren't we forced to conclude that the play wasn't written between 1461-1470 because King Henry wasn't a monarch (though he was living) during that time? So then aren't we forced to conclude that the play was written between either 1431-1461 OR 1470-1471 thus weakening the argument?

For answer choice B, how is "the molecules of any substance" different from, as stated in the passage, "any given individual molecule of substance". If they are the same, then why is B wrong?
For AC E, if the word "believe" was taken out and the AC states that "those who use sunscreens regularly are THOSE who are most susceptible to skin cancer," would this then make it a good answer choice?
