Hi there! Combo ADHD here who leans more toward inattentiveness. Just did my first diagnostic and found lack of focus among my biggest weaknesses so far. I feel I'm racing against the clock because I am rereading passages after getting hung up on a word/phrase. Sitting still for the duration of the test has also challenged my mental endurance. Any tips? What have y'all found has worked for you so far?
