YA Idiot.. Sheesh.. What were you thinking.. DENIED.

This made my night lol.

So as we all know, the LSAT can only be taken 3 times in 2 years.

I was wondering..

If, hypothetically speaking, I were to take the exam and cancel my score in time, would that still be considered as an attempt? Meaning, would I still have 3 chances for 2 years?

Also, would law schools be able to see that I canceled my score?

Thank you in advance for your inputs!

Honestly it took me awhile to know how to adapt to the speed, here is what I did.. and I hope it helps. (I am still implementing this.. and it helps me)

Buy a 180 Watch with lines on every 8min 45sec mark.

LR: 6Q in 1st 8:45, 12Q 2nd 8:45 18Q 3rd 8:45 and 24 4th 8:45. The first 6 usually goes by 5 minutes.. so I use the extra 2-3 minutes to make up on the harder questions later on.

LG and RC Each 8:45, easy ones make up for harder ones

Hope this made sense.

You should not give up.. Do not forget.. there is always a bright side.. You can apply with your LSAT score of 149 for this year.. do VERY well your first year and transfer to a top 100 school your second year. There are always options.

Hey!

I'm in the same boat. I did better on the practice tests before the December LSAT.

So, I am retaking in February for fall of 2014. If you are on average doing better I would say retake it.

Its all up to how much better you're doing

I have one similar to the Amazon one posted earlier, and it works like a charm. The color codings and 8:45 second marks are totallllly amazing.

Honestly, wouldn't it be better to practice on less space and enjoy the extra space on the official exam? Your loose leaf paper is going to waste time while you're practicing.
