i was stuck between B and D and eventually chose D. i didn't see that the passage mentioned that jawless fishes RETAINED cartilage. even if i didn't see that, i still should've chosen B because it's way more supported anyway
i was stuck between B and D and eventually chose B because I couldn't justify D despite noticing the 20 cents being mentioned. turns out i forgot that to strengthen a question that includes causality, you have to BLOCK the alternative, which is what D does. UGH
the question stem is so !!! ugh i was debating between A and C and even chose C for a couple seconds before changing it back to A
#help how does E weaken the argument? i chose it because i found it irrelevant to the argument.
going through the weakening/strengthening sections, i've noticed that the reason why i have a hard time with them is because i can't identity the assumption(s) or i can't identify the assumption(s) in time. any tips on how to spot out assumptions for questions like these?

i put D the first time around and then changed my answer to B in BR. i changed it because i noticed in D, it just says side effects while the stimulus says "serious side effects." i guess it's a pretty big assumption to say that all the patients experienced side effects and only those who had high cholesterol suffered from "serious side effects" idk i thought B mightve been correct the second time around but i was wrong :(
#help i chose B because i thought "all" implied "some". how does this "all implies most implies some" work?
