Indeed. Also @ This is my go to back up watch - its cheap and works well. Again rotating bezel works like a charm no worries about this "not working."

Be forewarned however, I've had a 180 watch for a while now (received it just before June) and it has worked flawlessly all the way up to and including the October test. As of now though, it no longer works. Contacting 180 watch's service department has been of zero help.
It's like my Saab 9-3, when it works, it works great and I love it; But when it's not working, I like to cuss the Swedish bastard who made it. Obviously one is a watch and the other is a car, either way... It's great [when] it works.
Just tell them like I do. "Do you want to end up in Nebraska, or how about Grundy Va!?, Do you?! Well if I don't improve this score that's where we're going.."
Consider your argument won.
Don't forget about his guy...
@ You had me at "Monday." Monday at 11am EST; even better!
Thank you :D
I have pretty much everything ready to go and to apply to law schools I want, but ofcourse haven't taken my lsat yet til Feb 6. Do I apply to law schools now or do I have to wait til I get my Lsat score to apply and submit everything? If so for which term would the law school be accepting me for?
Thanks,
Ellie
I'm digging the Monday chatter
Thank you both for advices. Yeah I think im trying too hard same time need to have less distractions around to help with my focusing. Test nerves are showing up for sure haha. Thanks again. :)
Usually a starbucks or a library. and yes I have to bring a laptop so after the test I can put all the answers to get my score...and phone yes always :p
I'm taking the Feb test, the closer the date is the less focused I am when taking practice tests. Anyone out there feeling the same way? I try so hard to sit down and focus but for some reason I can't take a full test without getting bored or feeling out of focus. Any tips?
Okay. I'd like to say that I've been lsat prepping for about a year / year and a half or so, however, during this time I've been working full time hours, (multiple part time jobs) raising my daughter, finishing my bachelors degree and combating never ending family issues and unnecessary stresses. To be perfectly clear, I've been doing all the above (i.e. raising daughter, working fulltime ect.. for at least the past ten years) Yeah, I just turned 30 too....
What I am getting at is this, I feel so burnt out, depressed and stressed that I have little to no time to "properly" study and raise my scores in time for the October Test date. I've already pushed off the June Test to October. I plan on enrolling Fall 2016 and really stress about pushing the test back any further.
Time restraints are only getting worse. My primary work is starting up along with this upcoming fall semester ( I work for a local University ) and as a Liberal Arts major who studied criminology, sociology and psychology, my kids 4th grade algebra is a nightmare for me; go figure.
I want to say all the (lack there of) improvement is due to the stress and time restraints, but I've dealt with this for so long. I manged to graduate with Latin Honors in a difficult curriculum all while doing the same juggling act; however, this TEST is killing me.
As the title suggests, this is likely just a rant. But, are there any others out there who are in this boat?
At this point, I'm not sure how to study anymore. I've completed the Course/ albeit hastily in some areas; and I've been PT'ing as often as physically possible - which in my case turns out to be once a week! Usually a Sunday, then I sporadically BR throughout the week whenever I can.
Understandably, there isn't a real clear cut and dry answer to woes and restraints. However, there has got to be someone out there in the program who understands this and has something valuable to add to this.
Excellent points @ Thanks for sharing!
Causation, Correlation? Meh, no need to follow logically on this one..
Symptoms may include, nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, irritability, incontinence, insomnia, strong desires for alcohol, blurred vision, thoughts of chocolate, hot flashes, cold sweats, angry loved ones, heated debates over menial topics with coworkers, more insomnia, stronger desires for alcohol, lack of trust for others, rage, and an overall increased hatred for mankind.
results may vary...
Anyone else up for this review?
You're the man @
@ nerves can be apart of it but really think it was harder than any prac-test i have ever taken. Only time will tell.
Option 2. Seems like with more practice you can get what you need and want. Going with option 1 is just too much of a hastle to go through, and law school is already pretty tough.
@ nope she didnt do that. She didnt care. Pissed everyone off.
@ I Agree this was harder than December one for sure.
Worse test ever. For real. 3 lr...1rc and 1lg...the lg was crazy hard. The whole test was very hard. After taking so many preptest had a expectation of being on the same level but def felt it was 10times harder. Also had a proctor who messed up on our time and did a 1minute warning instead of 5. Crazy test...really sucked
Mouth breathing, sighing, toe tapping, yawning, pencil knocking and even "click clock mouth noises" from the lady directly behind me.... It was just this one lady! The rest of the room was quiet as could be. I seriously started to have paranoid thoughts of this lady being planted in my test center and placed directly in my ear for the soul purpose of wrecking my concentration..
The proctor just sat there, almost as if she was intrigued by the amount of noise this one lady could make. I caught eyes with the proctor and motioned behind me, as to say "do something!"
.... She [the proctor] just smiled at me. I nearly lost it...
The one thing I can count on is already having a decent score from October. As for December, I have no idea. What a horrible experience.
I came straight home, poured a double shot of whiskey, turned on a documentary and took a five hour nap.
Good to hear, I was planning on the same. Thanks
@
I'm taking December even if I hit 170... October is to get in... December is to get money...
Indeed.
However, should one hold off on application until December results, or go ahead with application even knowing one is taking the test again in December?
What are your thoughts?
Yup, already feeling the nerves kicking in...first time taking it.
Maybe a silly question to some, but nonetheless this is important to me and possibly many more.
Does anyone have a particular pencil brand/type which abides to the HB / #2 pencil requirements needed for the LSAT of which they recommend?
I ask this because I am tired of shopping for pencils that either 1, fail to sharpen correctly (e.g.) break repeativley upon sharpening. 2, have worthless erasers (e.g.) smudge pencil marks more that remove them.
I know right?! I'm asking about pencils. I should be honing in on my sufficient assumption logic mapping, however the frustration and energy used in cursing my pencils is taking away from that.
Thanks in advance
Looks like @.hopkins and myself are the only ones brave enough to show our pictures... I was looking forward to seeing the faces of my competition...
