This is how I though about it. The conclusion is "But this is nonsense" If you fill in the referential phrase of:"this" The conclusion becomes: But (mining moon for helium-3 to solve world's energy problem) is nonsense. Hopefully this is helpful as to why D is the answer choice.
In this video, it states that you should not attack the premise or conclusion, but rather the argument. However, isn't the argument premise plus conclusion. Or is that because its premise plus conclusion it is different than just attacked the premise or conclusion alone ?
