I chose B, which is incorrect. But now seeing that the correct answer is C, I understand. The hospital executive (HE) is the one making the whole claim. The computer experts within the stem threw me off. Because with the HE making the claims, there seems to be no evidence that the HE would be knowledgable in data entry/access.
Please let me know if that's incorrect.
I cancelled choice A because I thought it was just going against the premise and stating another contradicting statement. How can you tell the difference? #help
