@TcBuzz ugh I totally get it! im also currently working shift work, which makes it so hard to study and be motivated to study

Hey everyone! I'm looking to see if anyone in the Calgary, AB area (or nearby towns) would be interested in getting together to study once or twice a week.

I work shift work, so staying consistent with studying can be a challenge sometimes. I've found that having other people to study with really helps keep me accountable and motivated.

If you're preparing for the LSAT and are looking for a study buddy or a small study group, send me a message! It'd be great to meet some local people who are working toward the same goal and help keep each other on track.

Hey everyone,

I just started studying for the LSAT today and I'm looking for a good wrong answer journal template. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to share, or know of a thread/resource that has a solid template?

For context, I took a diagnostic and scored a 139. My goal is to reach the 160s by the fall, so I'm trying to build good habits from the start and make sure I'm reviewing effectively.

For those of you who use a wrong answer journal, I'd also love any tips on how you actually use it. What information do you track? How often do you review it? What made the biggest difference in helping you improve?

Any advice from people who started in a similar score range and made significant gains would be especially appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone! I'm currently scoring in the low 140s and working toward a 160+ by October.

I'm in Mountain Time and looking for a few people who want to:

  • Keep each other accountable

  • Share study goals and progress

  • Review LR/RC mistakes together

  • Stay motivated over the next few months

For RC, I thought it would be helpful to read a short 5–15 minute article a few times a week (science, economics, social sciences, etc.) and discuss the main point, author's perspective, and structure—similar to LSAT RC passages.

If you're interested, comment or send me a message!

Hi everyone,

I’m currently signed up for the November LSAT, but I’ve been feeling really stuck and could use some advice. My practice test scores are still in the 140s, and even though I’ve been studying consistently, I’m not seeing the improvement I was hoping for. I’m aiming for at least a 157, but right now that feels out of reach.

I’ve been using 7Sage to go through the core curriculum and drilling with LSAT Demon (Basic plan), mostly focusing on Logical Reasoning and some Reading Comprehension. But honestly, I’m not sure I really know how to study. I watch the videos, do drills, and review my answers — but I don’t feel like I’m learning how to avoid the same mistakes or actually build better habits.

Reading Comprehension is by far my worst section. I feel like I’m always running out of time or just completely missing the structure and purpose of the passages. Logical Reasoning is a bit better, but I’m still not where I want to be.

I’m thinking about upgrading my Demon plan in October to get access to live classes and more targeted help, but I’m also wondering if I need to change how I’m approaching my studying in general.

If anyone has broken out of the 140s — especially using Demon or 7Sage — I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you. How did you improve your Reading Comp? How did you review in a way that actually led to progress?

Thanks in advance — I really want to make this happen, but I know I need to work smarter if I’m going to reach my goal by November.

@CameronSchmidt Hi, I loved the advice you gave, definitely helps a whole bunch!!!! I was wondering if you had tips on reading comp, I seem to be better at LR than RC. I get only 6-7 questions right while i did 3 passages worth of questions. Any tips on getting better at RC? I am also writing in NOV
