I'm hearing that you're not allowed to read out loud or even mouth the words
Hey Kristen! From what I've seen most people actually see a significant score decrease the weeks coming up to the test because of the nerves so this is completely normal. I'm doing my test on Saturday and was struggling, burnt out, and my scores were dipping hard! But I've starting doing a ten minute meditation before every preptest and I can honestly say it works for making me less nervous and more able to absorb and answer the questions.
preptest C2 and the may 2020 flex are good confidence boosters! I would say also take the day before the test off so no studying and just relax. The people who see a significant score decrease usually say it was the nerves so take that day to mentally prepare. Personally, I've been doing a 10 minute meditation before every PT and it really affects how I score and my confidence.
I've made the same mistake several times. Now I highlight the rules as I go through them and write them down on my paper to make sure I don't miss any and on that first question where it asks for a sequence that could be correct - I also double check that I have all the rules right. That way it doesn't take any extra time.
The LSAC website says not to use Safari as your web browser. If you use a different one I don't see a reason why your Macbook would cause issues.
Hi, no we're not allowed to read out loud or even whisper/mouth the words.
Diagnostics are a little hard to judge because untimed I was able to score in the 160's but timed for the first time I was in the high 140's. One month later using 7sage I'm scoring 170 timed with some extra time to go back and check answers. It's definitely possible.
