I genuinely don't understand why this passage only gets 2 stars for difficulty, to me it's one of the most difficult passages I had to dealt with

I find it easier to understand it this way: Ringer argued that Beethoven turned outside of Austria to find innovative music (line 42). But if musicians in Austria is creating innovative music already (which is what A says). then Beethoven would not have to look outside of Austria. Hope it helps!

I have a question with #23 answer choice (E). It says "...an assumption that cannot be verified using the archaeological record..." but we know that the assumption is in line with the current archaeological records, we just don't know whether these records are complete?

I found this to be hard, spent 9:20 and 4/5 :(
