Why is E correct given that only SOME VARIETIES of lichen are vulnerable to toxic compounds? Since we don't know anything about effect of pollution on other varieties, I thought we can't say that pollution in a region CAN cause problems to lichen in that region. #help (Added by admin)

Same question. If D isn't the main conclusion, then I don't know what role does the last sentence of the stimulus play.

I chose D because I think it is supported by all other statements, including B - that writing of biographical history coming to an end will make biographer's access determined by passwords.

My question is, if B is correct, then what role does the last sentence play in the argument? Aren't statements supposed to support the main conclusion?

OK so I thought for AC C, carrying more people usually makes the driver more alert and thereby decrease the possibility of them getting in accidents. Could anyone explain why this should not be considered a strengthener, given that the increased alertness is not attributed to the inherent safety of vehicles?

I chose E as well. Didn't have enough time and saw the gap between speed and the stim. Went through the choices and chose E confidently.

I thought long passwords being the greatest threat doesn't prevent short ones to become equally greatest threat as the long passwords...
