I am confused by question 8. I was down to C and E, ultimately chose E, but only due to pure luck.

I don't know why C is supported but E is not.

The potential support for C is in line 23, where it says "one problem in studying the effects of drilling waste discharges..." But it just says there is a problem in studying. It doesn't say that the study is done. Perhaps the study wasn't done due to the problem. Who knows? Another potential support is just the whole second and third paragraphs of Passage B. They tell us that WBM is less harmful than OBM to the environment. That potentially implies that a study was done?

The potential support for E is in line 32, where it says that Drilling mud is normally released during the drilling phase of a well's existence. We know that the mud is discharged, although we don't know if it is continuously discharged into the sea.

To me, C and E both have weak support. I don't know why C is more supported than E.

Ptsd and testing accommodations

I have been diagnosed with PTSD and a neurological disorder. I thought these conditions are overcomable, but I am starting to think otherwise.

My br scores are either in 180 or very high170s. However, my pt scores fluctuate hugely. I can go from -0 on a timed section and take a same section of similar difficulty and land a -10. This happens to me with all 3 section types.

My pt score can fluctuate 15-20 points dependingg on how the ptsd and the neurological condition affect me that day.

My problem is that I run out of time. I've watched a video of myself, have practiced answering questions efficiently, and have done everything within reason to fix any remaining bad habits.

I noticed that the key factor btw -0 and -10 is attention. When im in a bad neurological condition, it also triggers ptsd, and nothing on the page makes sense. I have to reread the same word (not even a difficult word) multiple times to even understand. And then i run out of time because im reading and re-reading words.

Im starting to feel that its beyond my control to overcome my conditions. Does anyone have any advice? Should i start looking into lsac testing accommodations?

And i also cant take any medications because of my neurological condition.

@ As we have seen from our LSAT studies, having an intent does not mean that you will the impact you intended.

@ by your logic, we should not be complaining about LSAC on 7Sage either, since they have a communication channel for official complaints.

@ could you lock this post? Obviously he is trying to be sarcastic about the other post on Spivey consulting.

I also don’t think this is a good analogy. A post discussing about a law school admissions consulting group does belong to 7sage forum.

@

There's a Spivey thread over on LSL. Express your concerns to him and his company over there. Here isn't the right place to have this discussion.

I value OP’s input on their experience with Spivey Consulting. I don’t see why the posts about Spivey Consulting have to be restricted to LSL. 7Sage forum serves as a discussion forum on LSAT/ Law School admissions, and an opinion about a law school admissions consulting group is appropriate here. At least it would help me to make a wise decision on where to invest money for my cycle.
