I made this wrong answer journal in sheets last night and I like how it came out, so I have decided to share it. I previously did it on paper but I like this much more because its all in one place and I can type a lot faster than write. I kept some examples of how I use it and instructions on how to get question images in there nicely. This format also makes it really easy to reference or print these entries out later.
