I looked way into this, I skipped over D because I failed to equate Violent to Non violent as more serious (in my head I thought maybe there are situations where tax fraud can be more serious than assault). But looked wayyyy into this.

Hi everyone apologize for not getting to this - been busy with work and took a mini break from studying but back on :)

You are absolutely correct. This answer jumped out at me due to sufficient/necessary confusion (AC incorrectly uses necessary vs Sufficient)
