Why is E wrong?

Is E wrong because it is an assumption that plants and animals "will" move to inhabit areas that are currently used for "agriculture"

I think your reasoning is correct. We can't infer anything about area used for agriculture from the stimulus.

I don't really like (A) as the correct answer because land reserves could still serve their purpose. But (A) is the only one that could be supported.
