It really depends on what the scores are, whether you canceled one or more times, and other factors. Maybe read the Spivey blog because he's interviewed some people with 5 or 6 scores who were ultimately successful in gaining good offers to choice law schools.
I think what it really comes down to is whether or not your application as a whole conveys a demonstrable interest in law. If it does, I think you will be fine. But if not, you could come off as misguided and law schools won't like that.
