Penn Law - "Undergraduate Employment"

Hey 7sagers - just a quick question:

In Penn Law's application, the "Undergraduate Employment" section reads: "If you were employed during the academic year while in undergraduate school, list the positions you held beginning with freshman year" --> does this apply to jobs held during the summer as well, the summer in between freshman yr & sophomore yr etc?

I would say no unless maybe if you were taking summer classes (if you did take summer classes, I would call admissions and ask specifically). The "academic year" is typically defined just as the school year... like September through May or whatever dates were your academic year. But that would not typically include summer.
