If you like your score and can get in with it but plan on taking the LSAT again. Do you - A - apply (likely get accepted) then assuming the next score is higher, use that for negotiation or B. Wait until you get the 2nd score back to apply.

    When are you taking the test again? Do you feel confident that you'll improve your score? Will the school evaluate your application if you have a future score pending?

    Yeah, I am confident I will improve. I am going to take it again Oct 28 so I would be applying in Late Nov, early Dec. I don't know if they look at applications with pending scores, there is one on file but they may decided to wait and see what happens.

    Ok ya I’m not sure if they would hold your application when you’re registered that far ahead the same way they would if you had the score pending.
