Post-Waitlist LOR

Does anyone know how to go about sending a school an additional LOR after being wait listed, if the school only accepts 2 LOR's via LSAC and you sent two with your original application?

I would first make sure this LOR would make a difference. Since it is a sensitive position to be wait listed (I am being wait listed too), you have to be careful about how you deal with the admin. If the LOR does not have a big impact and it takes the admin office extra time (especially you have already submitted two extra), this may affect your application negatively. If you're very confident about this LOR, you could send the admin an email explaining why this LOR is so important (e.g. you're interested in environmental law and you took a relevant class 2019 fall - you performed well in the class and the professor knew about your interest and plan) and if they mind reading one more LOR, before sending this LOR. Hope this helps!
