Can someone explain this highlighting behavior in the lawhub testing interface?

On the lawhub interface RC questions that refer to specific parts of a passage will be highlighted on the passage. There are no line references because they don't have a fixed layout for the passages.
I've found other behavior where it won't do this however and will instead only highlight where one of the answer choices has a highlight in the passage. Just wondering if it'll be like this for the actual test or if I'm missing something that lets me see where the other answer choices also are in the passage.

Example:
Which of the following words is most similar to how the word "blah" is used in the second sentence of the first paragraph?

A- "bleh" <---- Only this one will be highlighted in the passage. The other answer choices aren't, and the word "blah" in the question itself also isn't highlighted.
B- "blue"
C- "red"
D- "blargh"
E- "bloop"
