Am I dumb? I can't find where to upload my pic on LSAC

I've been looking on LSAC for where to upload my picture for OVER AN HOUR. Is it right in front of me and I'm just blind? Can someone please tell me where it is. I give up.

I think you have to register for a test in order to be directed to upload a photo for the admissions ticket!
