How did you rule out Answer Choice "C"? Some folks mentioned, the AC gives only "what's valued" and that doesn't constitute a resolution. What if, people got better at being ambidextrous as they grew older and that's why the % of LH Population drops as you grow older?

Hello,
Your second sentence about how it's only what's valued and doesn't give a resolution is correct. You can't assume that the percentage of ambidextrous people increased because C doesn't state that or give any reason to think it did. That would be making an assumption, which you can almost never do, as we have no idea if more people decided to become ambidextrous or not.
