I am wondering if anyone has taken the Flex using a standing desk or knows if they are allowed. I haven’t found anything definitive in my searches. Thanks!
this seems more like an exception to the rule. in the past (and now too), they could be requested as an accommodation (worded as "stand with a podium"), which demands medical documentation: https://www.lsac.org/lsat/lsac-policy-accommodations-test-takers-disabilities/accommodations-may-be-available-lsat
but i would ask lsac what they'd say with regards to the new flex tests.
