The correct answer to PrepTest 1 - Section 3 - Question 13 is C. It was marked incorrect by the Problem Set program.

    I am so sorry for the trouble.

    I looked into this and it is showing that letter choice "C" is the correct answer for PT1.S3.Q13, please see screenshot below:
