Any answer is going to depend upon you and your current abilities! However, here are a few general guidelines:
1) The easiest way to improve is to fix testing strategy errors (not flagging, not skipping harder questions, confidence errors etc), because correcting these errors don't require that you learn new material or improve a core skill. If you are down to a few weeks before a test, start here!
2) All things being equal, LG is easier to improve than LR, which is easier than RC.
3) In general, the more mistakes you make on a section, the easier it is to improve that section (i.e. going from -10 to -7 is much easier than going from -4 to -1)
