Does anyone know when you find out if your test is under review for a violation?

Just probably overthinking, but I’m nervous my test will be flagged due to proctor issues. When will we find out if our test has to be reviewed by LSAC? I’ve seen some people say they found out within a few days, and others say that they didn’t know until score release day because they got an email saying their test was under review.
