I had mapped it as:
/RDW - /Alleviate
- IEI -> RTV
w/ the contra, i sort of see why B is correct:
[ Nat. Responsibility -> /RTV -> /IEI -> RDW ]
Does that make sense?
But why wouldn't E be correct? Is it that the idea of alleviating conditions of injustice are not the same thing as creating conditions of economic justice?
