Hi,
One of my granted accommodations is to skip the ungraded, experimental section on the new LSAT. I've noticed there is no way to avoid taking the ungraded section when taking PTs, unlike the outgoing PTs. Why is this?

In most of the PTs on 7 Sage your score is based on 4 sections, unlike the real test. IDK why or how that works but the results you get are a score based on 4 sections, and as far as I know nothing on there is experimental.
If you want to practice taking a PT with three sections just select "simulate modern" It will be three scored sections of LR or RC. Also I think they just released versions of modern PTs (Aug 2024 and beyond) but I haven't tried any of those.
Best of luck in your studies.
