I took the September LSAT and was granted a retest due to technical issues I experienced during the administration. However, during the retest, I was interrupted by the proctor unmuting their mics several times throughout the exam. They didn't interrupt me on purpose, it seemed to be that they accidentally turned their mic on. This severely affected my ability to concentrate on the exam and I ultimately feel like I was more negatively impacted on the retest than I was on the original administration! I tried to submit a complaint about the issue, but because it was a retest, there was no option to submit a complaint. I called the LSAC and they told me to submit a complaint via email. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What options did they give you?
