Prep Test Section Ended Prematurely?

I was just taking my first prep test and the first section ended while I still had about 12 minutes on the clock--only 23 minutes had passed according to my own timer. Now I have been locked out of the first section and forced on to the second. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
