"Mark all read"

I love the feature of the discussion boards which highlight the threads I haven't read yet and turn grey the ones I have. Some how my "Mark all read" feature is stuck and they are all grey. I keep clicking on it but nothing changes. How can I fix this??

Clicking on it once will mark all new ones grey. Any threads updated/created after you click on that will be blue again. If you click on "mark all read" again, it will grey them all out again and not undo your work. There's no way to undo it.
