The PDF won't be available through 7Sage (as we cannot offer licensed PDFs) but the video explanations will.

As for WHEN, I don't have that info. I'm sure J.Y. will have it out before the Dec. LSAT (don't quote me on that though!) but keep in mind that he has to not only take the PT, but then sit down and explain every question and edit all of the videos individually. So... It'll be a while, probably.
