Have you sat in any of these classes as an observer? If not, I recommend it :) I sat in a crim law class and enjoyed it.

I've sat in Crim Law and thought it was great. I was itching to borrow someone's book so I could better understand what was going on.

I don’t know about the others, but contracts would for sure be my #1. I’ve done a fair amount of contract work in my job and enjoy it.

    1. Torts: This class seems to present all sorts of the darnedest situations.
    2. Criminal Law: Sat in a lecture; sounded quite interesting.
    3. Constitutional Law: I'm thinking 90% of all law school applicants will list this class as #1. I choose to be a part of the 10% who do otherwise.
    4. Property Law: This class can be quite fascinating, I heard.
    5. Contracts: "You will never, EVER click 'I Accept' without at least skimming through those Terms and Conditions after taking that class." (one NYU law student)

Being a current 1L, I would wager that nobody knows how to answer this question with a hint of accuracy before law school.
