I don't really understand answer choice A) if there is no overwhelming evidence for or against a hypo. then one should "suspend judgment as to its truth". What does it mean by "as to its truth"? Anyone could help?
Thanks!!

Answer choice A is basically saying, if there is no overwhelming evidence for either side then we should not make a decision about whether or not the hypothesis is true. "As to its truth" is just a more confusing way of saying "we shouldn't make a decision either way"
Oh, got it! Thank you @MissChanandler !
